Founded in 2005 by Anthony Castilaw and the late Elizabeth Castilaw, Castilaw Environmental Services, LLC (CES) is an environmental consulting firm based in downtown Bryan, Texas. We provide a comprehensive range of environmental services to clients throughout the United States, including conservation-related organizations, engineering firms, federal and state environmental agencies, financial lending institutions, industrial and commercial clients, municipalities, private landowners, real estate developers, and renewable energy lenders.

Depending on the scope and complexity of environmental services required for a given project, CES also routinely networks with qualified environmental, cultural resources, and engineering firms to assure projects are completed in the best interest of the client in regards to technical, time, and cost perspectives. We take pride in the professional knowledge of our staff to provide specific environmental services. Our team delivers high-quality work products, and we offer personal attention to each of our clients, regardless of the size or cost of the project.

On this day, Castilaw Environmental Services celebrates 20 years in business! Anthony Castilaw still vividly remembers that very first Monday when the doors opened — the phone was ringing, but it wasn’t clients calling just yet. It was salespeople trying to sell their own products. Instead of hanging up, those calls became opportunities to share the excitement of a brand-new business just getting started.

From those humble beginnings to where we are today, what an incredible journey it’s been — full of growth, change, and countless lessons along the way. We’ve been truly blessed with amazing clients who have trusted and supported us, and incredible employees whose hard work and dedication have made everything possible.

Over the years, we have evolved and shifted directions more than once, always finding new ways to adapt, move forward, and come out stronger. Every challenge has shaped who we are today, and every success is shared with the people who stood by us.
